What to expect during your visit:

Getting to Abide Church is easy! We're conveniently located just 5 minutes from Downtown Park Rapids, which is about 3 miles away.
To reach us, simply head straight East from downtown Park Rapids on Highway 34. Stay on Highway 34, and after about 3 miles, you'll find us on your right-hand side. Look out for our sign and log-sided building tucked in the beautiful pines – that's us!Find a parking spot and head through the front doors. We’ve been preparing all week for your arrival and can’t wait to meet you once you come inside!

As you step through the doors of Abide Church, you'll be greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. Our team of greeters is eagerly awaiting your arrival, ready to extend a friendly welcome and assist you with any questions or needs you may have.

We love having children join us for our Sunday morning services! We've got some fantastic options to make their time with us extra special. For our littlest ones, we have a nursery available for newborns up to 4 years old. They'll enjoy Bible lessons, singing, and playtime.
On the 3rd and 4th Sundays of the month, Kids in kindergarten through 4th grade start upstairs with us for worship, then head downstairs for more fun and learning. They’ll dive into exciting Bible teachings, engage in small group activities, play games, and pray together.
To make things easy, just check your child in through the front door and past the fireplace before the service starts on Sunday mornings. You'll get a security tag for your child, which you'll use to pick them up afterward. It’s important to hang on tight to tag! Think of it as your ticket to get your child(ren) back after the service. We take security pretty seriously around here!
And to all the nursing moms out there, we've got you covered too! Feel free to use our cozy Littles Care Room across the hall from the restrooms for privacy and comfort. We can't wait to care for your child(ren) at Abide!

When you enter through our front doors, you'll discover the sanctuary to your right. Unlike traditional pews, our seating consists of comfortable chairs, each padded to ensure your comfort throughout the service.
Worship begins promptly at 10 am! Make sure to arrive a bit early to the sanctuary and find a cozy seat before the music starts. While you wait, take the opportunity to mingle and make some new friends – our community is always eager to welcome newcomers with open arms.
During our worship time, you'll be uplifted by contemporary music that invites you to connect with God in a meaningful way. Usually we worship together with 3-5 songs. Feel free to express your worship however feels most natural to you – whether that's standing, sitting, with hands raised, or however you feel comfortable. At Abide, we believe in the power of authentic worship to draw us closer to God and to each other. So come as you are, and let's lift our voices together in praise and adoration!

After worship, we’ll have a brief time of announcements. We’ll share about upcoming events, important updates, and things we think you should know about.
During this time we also encourage everyone to fill out a connection card. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a regular attendee, your input is important to us. You can easily access the connection card on our website under the forms tab or by scanning the QR code displayed on the screen in the front of the sanctuary. Your participation helps us stay connected with you, understand your needs, and provide better support and encouragement as we journey together.
